I haven't posted about the arcade machine in a while, mainly because I haven't had the time to do any work on it. I have started finalising the plans and hope to begin construction over the next month.
I started playing around with the design in Illustrator, and am starting to have something that I really like. You can view the full size version of that image here. Illustrator does a great job of the perspective thanks to the 3D extrude and bevel tool. I fudged the shadow, but it's looking nice :)
I want to keep the whole thing as simple as possible with very clean lines, no t-molding or any of that plastic crap.
So what do you think of the design?
